Analisis Perkawinan Beda Agama Perspektif KHI, HAM dan CLD-KHI

Marriage is the right of every individual that should not be discriminated against. Nowadays, issue interfaith marriage often reaps a lot debate, especially regarding its prohibition which considered to discriminate against rights, as well permissibility contrary constitution and religious norms. The purpose this study was analyze marriages from perspective KHI, HAM CLD-KHI. This research library type. approach used normative approach, aims legal perspective, namely data contained in collected using Documentation technique, then analyzed Content Analysis technique.
